1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and judifree ("judifree", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the judifree website at judifree.club and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook betting, crash games, and all related features.

By accessing the judifree platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You are not an employee, agent, director, officer, or contractor of judifree or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the judifree platform through self-exclusion or operator-enforced exclusion.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with judifree. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your information promptly if it changes. judifree reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your judifree account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

judifree will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify judifree support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

judifree reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise being operated in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on the judifree platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). judifree accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your judifree wallet within minutes of payment confirmation. judifree is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). judifree reserves the right to request documentation including, without limitation, a copy of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds or game contribution requirements, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and validity periods. Full bonus terms are communicated at the time of offer.

judifree reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided, and the associated account may be suspended.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the judifree platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where expressly permitted by the specific game or betting rules applicable to that product. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, judifree's decision, made in good faith based on available information, shall be final.

judifree reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or any event that materially affected the integrity of the game or market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judifree platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in collusion with other players or with judifree staff.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to judifree support immediately.

• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits that have been wagered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the judifree platform — including but not limited to the judifree brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of judifree or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of judifree content without express written authorisation is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judifree, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the judifree platform.

judifree does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. judifree's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
